个人简介
国家级青年人才项目入选者,中山大学“百人计划”引进人才,博士和硕士研究生导师,美国肝脏病学研究学会(AASLD)会员。研究方向:运用临床数据人工智能分析、生物信息学和3D培养类器官实验生物学等交叉学科干湿结合手段,研究肝脏损伤修复再生机制、肝脏胆管疾病的分子标志物、病理机制和治疗方法。此外,课题组还致力于泛癌症、衰老和端粒调控网络的生物信息人工智能多组学分析。多项代表作发表于Hepatology(2025、2023)、Aging Cell (2025)、eBioMedicine(2024)、Nucleic Acids Research(2023)、Briefings in Bioinformatics(2021)等国际知名SCI期刊杂志。主持多项国家自然科学基金和广东省自然基金项目。
