个人简介

国家级青年人才项目入选者,中山大学“百人计划”引进人才,博士和硕士研究生导师。 美国肝脏病学研究学会(AASLD)会员,曾在美国辛辛那提儿童医院从事博士后研究工作4年。主要研究方向为肝脏胆管疾病系统生物学、泛癌症基因组学等。研究方向:运用临床数据分析、生物信息学和3D培养类器官实验生物学等交叉学科手段, 研究肝脏损伤修复机制、肝脏胆管疾病的分子标志物、病理机制和治疗方法。此外,课题组还致力于泛癌症、衰老和端粒调控网络的生物信息多组学分析。多项代表作发表于Gastroenterology、Hepatology、Molecular Cancer、Briefings in Bioinformatics和Aging Cell 等国际知名SCI期刊杂志。主持多项国家自然科学基金和广东省自然基金项目。
