个人简介

获得国家级青年人才项目,广东省“珠江人才”青年拔尖人才项目。曾在新加坡国立大学化学与生物分子工程系从事博士后研究,导师刘斌教授(新加坡国家科学院院士,新加坡国立大学副校长),近5年代表作发表在:Science Advances, Chem,Matter,Advanced Materials, ACS nano等国际知名杂志。总引用>3000余次,单篇最高他引230余次,H-index 32。

团队介绍

课题组研究方向是荧光诊疗探针的合成及其在生物医学中的应用。聚焦于开发智能响应性荧光光敏、光热材料,并将其应用于体内抗菌治疗、抗肿瘤免疫治疗、基因递送等研究方向,为临床重大疾病的精准诊疗提供新的工具与策略。重点研究方向包括:

(1)细胞器靶向荧光探针开发及抗肿瘤免疫治疗应用

(2)细菌靶向荧光探针开发及抗胞内菌治疗应用

(3)微环境响应荧光探针开发及肿瘤、炎症早期成像诊断应用
