
个人简介
副研究员,硕士生导师,2017年毕业于英国华威大学获博士学位,2017年至2020年于美国克利夫兰诊所从事博士后研究员工作,2020年加入中山大学附属第一医院精准医学研究院。研究成果发表在Cell Host & Microbe, PNAS, Microbiome, Journal of Crohn’s and Colitis等期刊。

我们的课题组采用跨学科策略,结合分析化学、生物信息学和微生物生态学,深入研究肠道微生物群落的功能及其对人体健康的重要作用。研究对象从微生物基因和蛋白质的分子层面,单个细菌个体,扩展到整个微生物群落的交互网络,全面揭示了微生物之间以及与宿主间的复杂关系。
