个人简介

       中山大学附属第一医院精准医学研究院,副研究员。中山大学“百人计划”引进人才。2009年本科毕业于华南理工大学制药工程专业,2015年于美国密歇根州立大学获得化学工程博士学位。2016-2018年于美国密歇根大学医学院从事博士后研究,2019年回国加入中山大学附属第一医院。现任中国生物材料学会智能仿生生物材料分会、生物材料先进制造分会委员,中国医药生物技术协会3D打印技术分会委员,Smart Materials in Medicine(科爱出版社,CiteScore 15)杂志编委,Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences(ELSEVIER出版社,IF 9.289)杂志青年编委;主持国家自然科学基金、广东省自然基金、广东省联合基金等项目。2024年获“广东特支计划”青年拔尖人才。

 

研究方向

       主要从事生物材料构建肿瘤微环境、组织工程支架、及类器官等研究。系统研究了生物水凝胶的成胶机理,提出了以纳米粒子主导水凝胶成胶的新概念;实现了对微环境内ECM微观结构的精确控制。另外,还创新发展了3D生物打印活细胞与类器官构建技术,解决了传统3D生物打印墨水机械性能与成胶过程难以调控的技术难题。以第一/通讯作者在Nature Communications, Trends in Biotechnology,Cell Reports Medicine, Advanced Healthcare Materials, Journal of Materials Science & Technology, Acta Biomaterialia, Materials & Design,Smart Materials in Medicine等杂志发表论文25篇,获批美国专利1项,国内专利2项。
