个人简介

副研究员,硕士生导师,2022年中山大学百人计划引进人才。2015年在香港大学取得博士学位,随后在香港大学从事博士后研究工作。研究利用单细胞测序(Single cell sequencing)和体内谱系示踪(Lineage tracing)技术,阐明肝癌干细胞在肝癌发生、发展、转移、抗药和复发中的作用。代表性论文发表在Gut、Nature Communications、Hepatology等知名期刊。

研究方向

1. 肝癌干细胞相关药物靶点及分子调控机制;

2. 肝癌干细胞的异质性及其与肿瘤微环境的相互作用;

3. 肿瘤类器官辅助基础及临床转化研究。

科研项目

1. 2024-2027,国家自然科学基金面上项目, SPINK1蛋白介导肝癌干细胞对化疗药物介入治疗抵抗的机制研究,主持。

2. 2020-2023,国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目,肝癌干细胞特异性分泌蛋白SPINK1在调控肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的作用和机制研究,主持。

3. 2017-2018,香港食物及卫生局研究处, 医疗卫生研究基金,肝癌类器官模型建立及应用的先导性研究,主持。
