个人简介
副研究员、博士生导师,中山大学“百人计划-青年学术骨干”,是“百人计划-领军人才”团队成员。长期致力于三维基因组与表观遗传调控研究,重点解析染色质高级结构及其形成、维持与动态重塑机制。建立整合CRISPR筛选、基因组编辑、HiChIP及多组学分析的研究体系,揭示增强子连接组和远程染色质互作在干细胞命运异常和肿瘤发生发展中的作用。成果发表于Nature Cell Biology、Nature Communications、Nucleic Acids Research(3篇)、International Journal of Biological Sciences、Cell Death & Disease等期刊。现任Cell Proliferation青年编委、BioChem Early Career Editorial Board成员、Gene & Protein in Disease Youth Editorial Board成员及BMC Medical Genomics编委。
