个人简介

副研究员,硕士生导师,2023年获中山大学“百人计划-青年学术骨干”引进人才,目前任职于中山大学附属第一医院精准医学研究院,是中山大学 “百人计划-领军人才“ 团队成员。2019年在南开大学取得博士学位,随后留校继续从事博士后研究工作。研究利用染色质高级结构检测技术Hi-C,4C-seq,Capture-C,HiChIP-seq等,结合其它组学技术如转录组学,单细胞多组学,蛋白质定量组学等,阐明DNA功能元件如增强子(超级增强子)和绝缘子,长非编码RNA等在肿瘤发生发展,干细胞维持以及分化中的调控机制。相关研究论文发表在Nucleic Acids Research, Stem Cell Reports,Cell Death & Disease, JBC,Stem Cells Dev, Int J Mol Sci等学术期刊。
